After two years of rebranding and refocus, Akilah is back and better than ever. Every week I have been posting music videos on Wednesdays that have brought back the momentum of the brand. I feel so grateful and honored to be used as a vessel and I expect that this year will be one of the most exciting years for the Brand. My artist name is officially just AKILAH. I dropped the Nehanda! However, I have kept my middle name on my social media platform handles to make a distinction. There are a lot of Akilah's out there. Its going to take a good amount of funds to do all that I plan this year.
